Does anyone know when this phone will be released to the other carriers? I've heard that the T-Mobile & AT&T versions may come unlocked. Any feedback?

Never. The Z Force is a Verizon only phone. Only the Z and Play have unlocked other carrier versions.

Moto Z and Moto Z Play are available on/for other carriers. The Z Force is only sold for Verizon, though it is carrier unlocked and could be used on other carriers. You would have to check the supported radio bands to be sure you would have good service on your carrier. As said, this is a special deal between Lenovo & Verizon for the Force model to be exclusive to Verizon.
