Moto z IS SETTING OFF ALARM AT STORE HELP

My moto x is setting off store alarm and for the people on here that worked security at stores it is that we tested it and if the phone is only thing going pass scanner and it keeps setting it off. I don't understand why. It really upset my senior father. I am reporting this to aarp to help protect our seniors. This is apparently a real issue that no one wants to deal with. Look at other claims besides mine. Don't know who is the factor in the issue. Phone has never done this before but now setting alarm off. Help.

All store alarms or just 1 specific store alarm?
