Motomaker customized edgraving

Received my woven black engraved back few days ago, noticed that it's raised lazer etched and feels bumpy around the area and most dissapointing is that it rubs off rather easily...anyone else having the same result with the woven or solid colored backs? would like to know if this is an issue, if so I would be skeptical about adding this option again. thanks
