MotoMod Prices?

these were gathered by looking for not-yet-released products on verizon's site. there is no way to know whether these prices are accurate, and there are obvious errors/placeholders in some of these listings

Projector $299
Kate Spade power pack $79
Power pack with wireless charging $99
Speaker mod $79

The power packs are higher than I'd like, I was hoping for $49.99. Keep in mind these are VERIZON prices, the same company that charge $29.99 for a simple TPU case and $34.99 for a car charger for many phone launches.

Hopefully we'll see better prices on amazon or promos from moto.

And here is the link to the verizon site. Looks like some of the products are just placeholders (the "style" mods are actually just the images for the powerpack mods).

Figuring in retail prices for Mophie cases, the Power Pack prices seem fine. Projector seems kind of high.

Don't think they'll sell too many projectors at that price as it's a niche product. Verizon is notorious for having high prices and then giving out discounts. Hopefully they'll be a good third party market but I have my doubts.

I don't know how much mobile projectors cost but the others seem in line with accessories for other phones.

A projector that only shows 480p are usually lower than $300.

79 bucks for that JBL mod is reasonable.

Any chance they sell even a thousand of those non HD projectors worldwide at that price?

They seem reasonable/on the high side, depending on the mod. No mention of style shells though, and until pricing for the phones themselves is revealed we won't really know an inclusive (and thus comparable) price.

Just before people freak out too much, pricing things direct from Verizon is like pricing car repairs from a dealer. There is a huge premium there.

A random example from a recent phone:


This could indicate that by christmas from another retailer a projector might be $199, the powerpack $49 or lower...
