Motorola 360 sport won't stay connected

Hi my first Gen 360 crapped out so picked up the 360 sport. It pairs the starts to update then disconnects from my note 4 and won't reconnect tried factory resetting the watch and even returned it for another 360 sport same thing. No idea what the deal is?
