Motorola Atrix 4g Gingerbread Modem did not power up (0) problem

ive never rooted my phone or anything like that i just dropped my phone in some water and now when i try to turn it on it say modem did not power up (0) starting rsd protocol support somebody please help me i was running gingerbread and i know my battery is at 100% because i tryed the battery on my dads phone. please and thank you
