Motorola connect working sometimes

Sometimes It works other times it does not. Not pattern I have been able to develop of why. When it is not working it states it si not connected.. I did disable a bunch of Motorola services. Which ones are important for this to work?

You need all of Motorola services to see which one, to be on the safe side I would turn them all back on and leave them on.
