Motorola G5 plus is not ringing on incoming calls.. happened many times.

Its so annoying to find out you have been called but phone did not ring. It has happened many times now, Please send us remedy.

Welcome to Android Central! This can happen if your cell signal was poor when the call came in. Check your cell signal strength in the Settings>Battery​ menu (it usually shows up if you tap the battery graph to expand it). Or you can use GSam Battery Monitor.
