Motorola G7Power (OS Version 10) : Can't transfer phone files TO a USB stick.

The Moto transfer TO my USB stick appears to occur, but when I look at the USB stick files with my W10 PC, I only see the FOLDERS with empty content!

OTG Checker says OTG IS working.

I'm lost ??

I moved this from the Android Apps forum to the Moto G forum, since I think it's probably a better place for this question.

What are you using to try to transfer the files -- the stock file manager app? Have you tried a 3rd party file manager like Total Commander or Files by Google?

Yes, I think it's the 'stock file manager app' that came with my Moto phone. I'll try Total Commander.

Having trouble with forum. Am I logged out? It says my 'token' has expired. How do I 'renew' that? Do I need to login again??

I successfully loaded Total Connect into my Moto G7 phone, but find it's complexity is beyond me. I need a current user manual or tutorial. Can you suggest one?
