I just got off the phone with Verizon to try and use my free screen replacement. I was told that apparently last week Motorola said they aren't going to be replacing any longer. I'm just curious as to if anyone else has heard of anything like this.

They'd better clarify, they promised one year... The website says two years!

Still on the website I would screen shot it just in case and show them the website

It depends on whether or not you get someone at Verizon who is clueless or not. 2 weeks ago my wife dropped her turbo and shattered the screen. She stopped at the Verizon store in the mall and they said it would be around $300 to replace the screen. When she got home and told me she shattered her screen, I told her to take it into out local store as she gets one free replacement. The agent in our local store had her taken care of in less than 30 minutes. So, this was less than 2 weeks ago so things may have changed... But I doubt it. Sounds like you were helped by a clueless agent.

When I click on your link I go to an iPhone page...

That is strange because the link worked on October 8th. Anyway, if you look on the VZW site the screen replacement promise is still there.

But the Web URL takes you to the iPhone page. Very strange. Do a search for the Verizon Droid Turbo screen replacement and you get to the screen shot page.
