Motorola RAZR M Not getting Google play updates

All of a sudden I'm not getting Google play updates. Hopefully there us some help out there.

Same with my Galaxy S3 and my previous Droid RAZR M. For me it only happens in certain conditions. When I open up Google Play, when I first turn my phone on, or at a random time (usually delayed, sometimes I get the notification that an app needs to be updated when it could have been updated 3 days ago.)
