Motorola "secret codes"

Has anyone played around with the secret codes you can put into the dialer? Specifically the *#*#759#*#* code. It brings up a RLZ debug UI menu, with an option to turn on OEM mode. Anyone have any clue what this does?
*note* OEM mode is defaulted to off, I turned it on and nothing happened

There used to be a list of all the secret codes once upon a time but I haven't looked at it for quite some time. No clue what your example does.

I'm wondering if that's similar to OEM Unlocker on a Nexus device.
