This morning my phone (Moto z play droid) and battery pack were both at 100% when I left the house at 6:20am. It's now 10am and battery pack is at 1% and I have not used it yet! Im dumb and was using non Motorola charger to charge it. Is it possible the off brand charger fried the battery pack? Anyone else have any issues?

I suppose it's possible. Or the battery in the Mod is old and just worn out. Which brand of Battery Mod is it?

it was my fault for not using the right charger but still you wouldn't think it would have happened that fast. I'm going to order a z play charger tonight and see what that does.

That is way too fast. I've used all sorts of chargers over the years. Never had an issue where it damaged a battery. My Tab S 10.5 would sometimes say the battery is bad if I use certain cables, but as soon as I switch the cable out it's fine. Other times other devices would either not charge at all, or charge very slowly. If your charger is capable of putting out more than the device can take in, they step down. If it's not powerful enough, it still shouldn't damage a battery in the course of three weeks. I would simply take it back and say it's not holding a charge. You simply haven't had it long enough to burn through the charge cycles (something like 1000 they are capable of).
