Motorola, What happened to you?

"Worry Free two week trial"...my foot.
Have been getting the runaround from Moto regarding a 42mm Moto 360 return.
I like the 46mm better am using it now.
Chatted two days with support and never received a promised refund.

Here is a copy of the second chat:

Donnah Fe: Hi, my name is Donnah Fe. How may I help you?

me: rma: ????-?????
Donnah Fe: Let me check it first, give me one moment.
me: the watch was returned over two weeks ago. no refund yet
Donnah Fe: Okay, give me one moment please, let me check it for you.
me: was promised an email with refund details yesterday. no email
Donnah Fe: Please verify to me your first and last name, email address, phone number and location (country) please?
me: ???????,??????,?????, usa
me: what country am I chatting with?
Donnah Fe: Thank you for that information.

Advertised as "Worry Free" two week trial is now a month long irritation.
 
Did you report this on the Motorola forums? I have had success with reporting my issues there. Not a guarantee, but worth a shot. I went through quite the saga with my 1st gen device. 2 months of no straight answers...
 
Yes, posted on Moto's forum.
We shall see.
While needing to be persistent, it becomes irritating.
