Motorola Xoom 4G, ICS upgrade, but how do I search Exchange mail?

Hi,

Sorry to be a complete noob, but I just got my upgrade to ICS today and can't figure this out; I have been eagerly awaiting the ability to search my Exchange email (as you can with the Gmail app). So the ICS upgrade went smoothly, everything is running fine, but I can't figure out how to search my mail? I was expecting a magnifying glass icon, but no. From the home screen, all I can do is search Google, and I can't find an option to enable it to search my email. Do I need to delete the account and start from scratch? I'd very much appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks in advance...
