I have a rooted Droid x and would like to move more apps to SD card. Is there a way to do this? The normal apps just move about 25% of apps is there anything I can do about the rest?

Why, there is no real good reason to do this on a droid x. I don't know of anyone that has filled their app space.

Is there a way to prevent apps from auto installing to the sdcard? It seems alot like to go there after updates and I either have to manually move them back or recreate my shortcuts.
I also see no benefit having this feature on the X.

if u have Titanium Backup you can move apps back to phone. Ass for moving to SD card there is NO need. the DroidX is one of few phones that have 8gb to use for apps. and that is all that it is used for. think of it like this some one has mounted 8gb SD card to the phone. It will not affect performance of phone it makes apps run better. but there is a catch some apps do require a real SD card those apps just store minor data and images for cache purposes. one app I'm particle is beautiful widgets. also I have 312 apps on my X and it barely made a dent in my storage space. when folks moan about size of apps we don't have nothing to worry about.
