Move data from memory to SD card

How do I move some of the apps and data from my internal memory to the micro SD card? The 32 GB sure fills up quickly!

Moving data is easy, just use either a computer or the file manager to do so. Moving apps, depends on the app (not all can be moved). For that you need to go to the Application Manager, select the app you want to move, select the STORAGE section, and if it has the option to CHANGE storage location, then it can be moved to SD card; if the option is not there, then it cannot be moved.

I tried that. On my s5 I could move the apps and data but on the S7 edge I can't move anything! Do I possibly have it set up incorrectly?

That's odd. I can move most apps I've downloaded. I haven't tried with pre-loaded ones, but haven't really needed to. Can you give me an example of an app you can't move and I can see if it's the same on mine?
