Move files into Dropbox

Help in Dropbox is not very comprehensive. I'm looking to transfer some files into dropbox. How do I do that?

Maybe I'm missing something, but with the Dropbox app, you just browse to the folder where you want the files to go to, hit the three-dot button in the upper right, and press 'Upload here.' This will launch a file browser where you can select the files you want to upload.

You can also find the file, say pictures, and use share and dropbox will be an option... thats how ive always done it
