Move from iphone5 to Galaxy5 / What laptop Family will sync??

I currently sync my iPhone5 with my Sony Vaio laptop but I want to get a new tablet and move to a GalaxyS5 phone. Should I jump all in with Droid and get a tablet that will speak my Galaxy5 Droid language/thus needing a USB on the table to sync, or keep using my Sony Vaio for my soon to be Galaxy5 purchase and hope it sync's with my GalaxyS5????

The Sony VAIO will be fine. Android works with Linux, Mac OS, Windows, Chrome OS and Android laptops without any issues. No need to buy a new one
