move phofos from picasa to phone

I had instant upload turned on and it moved all my photos off my phone and uploaded to picasa. The photos are no longer on my phone. Any easy way to move them back to my phone?

Go to your Google account, to the sync options, check Picasso to sync, it's at the bottom.
