Move to secure folder

I no longer get the option to move images to the secure folder when they are selected in the gallery app.
S9+, One UI, 9.0

I no longer get the option to move images to the secure folder when they are selected in the gallery app.

In the gallery select the image then 3 dots to upper right corner should give the option.

And secure folder has to be turn on to view mode to move things over.

Secure folder is open and option doesn't appear when the three dot drop down menu is accessed. Any other suggestions?

Update: Shut down and restarted. Problem solved.
