Movie downloading question

I just bought my nexus 7 and I went to purchase a movie from the Play store.
I thought that when I bought the movie there would be a download option but
there didn't appear to be one so it is streaming as I write this. What do I do to
download a movie so that I can watch it without streaming where there is no WiFi?
I could not find a previous thread on this. Thanks in advance.

I know if you go to the "Google Movies & TV" app, there will be a little thumbtack icon. Just click it
