Movie plays in background

[Android Central Question]

Samsung note 20 ultra, I seem to have what sounds like an old movie playing in the background. No open apps no running apps. Causing me to use 15 gigs of data yesterday while at work, it's doing it again today. Only way to get it to stop is by restarting my phone. Any idea as to what this is or how to stop it?

Try safe mode if it foes away then most like a 3rd party application or app causing this . Another thing in your web browser make sure notifications off see if it goes away.
