Moving Apps from SD Card to Phone

I recently rooted my Tbolt and I have apps saved on my SDcard. How do I move them from the SDcard back to my system/app folder. I have a file manager but I can't figure out how to use it, I keep getting an error when I try to move it over.

Are you talking about apps that are already installed or apks that are stored but not installed?

You don't physically move the file, you need something like Apps2SD from the Market. I would have moved the files prior to rooting to be safe, but you still may be able to do it.
