Moving apps or other files to the SD card?

I am a new S3 user and I have been looking for the answer but I haven't found it. I tried to move some apps to my SD card and the option wasn't there at all. I went into settings> manage applications, then tapped on the app and the option wasn't on that Page like it was with the S2. Thanks for any help.

You must be rooted and install an app to do this.
