Moving Files From Xoom to Mac

I downloaded File Manager HD in preparation for the copying files for 4G update. I already secured a Lan Connection. How do I copy something from my Xoom to my Mac. I made a folder on my desktop (Xoom Backup). What are the steps to copy let's say a photo from the Gallery on my Xoom to my desktop folder on my Mac.?
