Moving from Moto X (2013) to 6P. Do I need to cut my sim card?

I have a Moto X 2013 on Verizon. I noticed that some people said that they were buying cutters for their sim cards. Does anyone know if you have to cut it to go from the Moto X to 6P?

The 6P uses a Nano SIM, so that's same as your Moto X 2013.

I believe the Moto X 2013 also uses a nano sim card, so it should be fine.
