Moving from Nexus 5 to Galaxy S4

Hi everyone!

So I'm going to be moving from a nexus 5 to the galaxy s4 later today and I was wondering what methods would be best to get as much of my content from my N5 over to my S4? Looking to try and move texts, contacts, pictures, music etc. Now for music and pictures I'll probably just drag and drop from one to the other while connected to the computer. It's more the texts and sms I'm not sure about.

So does anyone have any ideas?

Use helium backup for app data try using wondershare mobilego software on PC for moving messages, contacts etc.

Cheers! Just had a look at helium and it seems that it even does sms and call logs too!
