Moving my SD card?

I have a Galaxy Note with a 16gb sd card and a Tab with a 2sb sd card. Are there going to be any problems if I put the 16gb card into my Tab?

AFAIK there shouldn't be an issue. I assume that both cards are formatted to the same protocol (for example, FAT32).
