Moving to a new phone (after a bad first attempt)

[Android Central Question]

Old and new phone are pixel 3.
Started to transfer old to new but had to stop in the middle
since I didn't have the right cable (USB-C to USB-C).
The cable comes this week. How can I start the transfer from the beginning?

I would try connecting the phones once you get the cable and see if you can transfer things , if not you'll probably have to factory reset the good phone .

Pixel 3 comes with C to C cable and you will need it to use with stock charger for fast charging. On top of that, Pixel 3 also comes with a USB A to C adapter so that you can use other USB cables.
