Moving to new rom and link2sd

I am on bumblebee and goimg to try a new rom. Once i wipe and install the new rom can link2sd be set right back up?

Just make sure that you don't wipe data/factory reset because it will wipe your sd-ext. I learned that the hard way and had to recreate my partition.

I have to do that to install the new rom..can I remove the sd card and then do the wipe?
