MP3 Hunter – Download free MP3 music

We've just released an app to discover and download MP3 music released under Creative Commons license (all the music is free for non-commercial distribution).

While there is no commercially licensed mainstream music in the app, you get access to over 1 million songs of independent artists, so hopefully true music lovers will still find and enjoy a lot of great music there.

You can listen to music non-stop and download songs that you like to listen offline, and browse music by hashtags (genres – there is a big variety of them in the app – rock, jazz, electronic music, classical music, hip hop, trance, downtempo, metal, reggae, and so on):



You can search for songs, and share downloaded MP3 music with your friends (or send those songs to yourself by email):



Any feedback is appreciated. If the app is missing some important functionality, we would be happy to support it, so please let us know.

Nice App! I'd like to propose one improvement . Could you add shuffle mode ?
It is very attractive feature for music fans like me.

Thanks! We have changed the UI a bit – colors, and added the view with the current song image, so you could use the app in kind of "streaming" MP3 mode. We have also added the "shuffle" button. See the screenshot below.

We are planning to add the progress indicator shortly as well.

If you got some ideas how we could improve the app even more, please let us know. We would be happy to make the app better and get you satisfied even more.
