Specifically which app are you referring to? I searched for MP3 Music Download and got three different developers with that app title.

There's one that is in the top five of the markets top free apps. #2 or #3 They're almost all toxic but it's deceiving when it's got a bunch of good reviews and gets high rankings in the market.
