MP3 player or radio app that has timer shutoff mode?

Looking for an app that is either an mp3 player that can play your music collection or a radio app, that has a timer shutoff mode. I like to use it to fall asleep to music but have it timed to turn off after 30 minutes or an hour, etc...anything like this in the marketplace?

I haven't found anything that does this for your local library (though I've requested that WinAmp add this feature), but A Online Radio does this with Shoutcast stations. It's not bad.
