MR1 or MR2?

Simple questions that I probably should know the answer. However I have not been keeping up with the android forums of lately.

What are the key differences from MR1 and MR2 update?
MR1's build number?
MR2's build number?
(Main question)
Can I skip MR1 and just go to MR2 will there be any changes from having them both?

Why mess with old radio's... download the latest radio: 1.39.00.0627r... it was released by Verizon last Friday... it's worked on every ROM I'm used since then CM7 rc1.2, and Das BAMF 3.0 rc4. I have not read anywhere that it did not work on any specific ROMs.

The newest radio (MR2) does not work with any of the Pre-MR2 froyo builds. (i.e. any BAMF versions prior to 1.8.6)

Sorry... I stand corrected... I guess I should have said it works with any Gingerbread ROM's I've used or read about... I don't read much about any Froyo ROM's.
