Nope. It's a signed update complete with release keys. Fully flashable.

120 hours since MR2 and I had my first shutdown. this phone's first shutdown I believe.

Easiest way is to plug the phone into your computer in Disk mode. You might want to wait now because it looks like the official update is coming from Verizon like very soon...as in tonight or next few days.
