MS Exchange - Get unsync'd and account removed

I don't know what the heck is going on, but about 5 times in the last week my MS Exchange account has unsync'd due to a calendar issue not syncing properly.

This results in the account to be removed from the phone. When I log back in to my Exchange, it seems to run okay. But this is so annoying because I have to reset my speed dials and resync all contacts and calendar, etc.

Anyone esle having a similar problem?

I am on Mailstreet and I believe it is MSE 2007.

This happened to me a lot on 2.1, but the leaked 2.2's exchange support seems to be much better.
