Muffled Microphone?

Has anyone else had an issue with their N5 where you sound muffled when you speak to people on the phone?
I am curious if you have RMA's your phone to Google and if the new phone has fixed this?

I returned my first 5 because it suffered from a crap microphone,not used the new yet to see if this one is as bad.
