Multi tasking

There are been a number of posts about issues in the One X forum. And Gerry wrote a story. I seem to be having a similar issue. If I'm writing an email or a text and receive a phone call I lose the email completely. When the phone call ends the email that I was responding to is there but not my almost finished response. Any ideas on how to prevent this or make sure at least that what was written is saved. This was never a problem on my Thunderbolt. Thanks for ideas or suggestions.
