Multi tasking

Is it possible to do two things at once on the s3? Ex. On instagrm and youtube? Or is it only for the note? And if so how?!

They have a plug in for YouTube that let's you use a pop up Window . But if you want multi veiw you have to root and flash a custom rom. They have it working in quite a few now. Otherwise you have to wait to see if Verizon decides to put it in the next ota.
