Multi-Window Functionality

I am wondering if there are any known issues with the Multi-window functionality. I have mine turned on, but whenever I slide the toolbar out and open a new app, it goes full screen instead of 1/2 screen. Any help would be appreciated!

Not every app has the capability of going to split screen.

The first app you open will always open in full screen mode if you just click on it or if the app you currently have in the background doesn't support Multi-Window. If the app already running supports multi-window, then sliding an icon out of the toolbar causes it to open in half-screen. Clicking on it will ALWAYS open it full-screen.
