Multi window help

Do you know where I can get the file Flashbarservice.apk ? I ran an app called Multi window manager which basically adds whatever apps you like to the floating bar. It batched my Flashbarservice.apk.
Now I have a note 8 with note 2 floating bar @@, which is tiny and crashes everytime I use. The only solution I can think of is replacing the file. I restore the backup but the bar was not back to normal.

I installed app and did not run flash bar and apps loaded. I read somewhere not to run the patch.

I listened to that advice too. It didn't work so I chose the note 2 option. The app batched my file. I cant figure out a way to get the file back. As I said, if someone happy to upload their Flashbarservice.apk file, it should solve my problem cuz resetting doesn't help.
