Multiple Contacts on Skyrocket

I have 2 or 3 copies of contacts since I used Kies to upgrade to ICS. Deleting one by one does not seem like an effective solution. Is there a way to load contacts on iMac, edit them, and download them back? Kies does not seem to be working correctly, cannot connect to Skyrocket any more.

I also have installed the free version of SyncMate on phone and iMac. Can use that to sync contacts and edit, but don't know how to make that version the one I can download back to phone.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

I assume you have things backed up on Google. You can export the contacts from there, edit them (i used excel, I assume they are in CSV format) then reimport them to Google. From there you clear out the contacts from your phone and then resync with google.

All should be right with the world then.
