Multiple phones later and still not having problems

For the past 4 years (since we moved into our house) I've had nothing but problems with my US Cellular phones. My phone doesn't show calls coming in and they only go into voicemail. Today I missed an extremely important call my mother in law was in the ER. I also have very poor coverage and lose every call. This made me get a landline. Talk about going back in time. I do lose the calls when I'm not at home too. I have had replacements sent and been told there's nothing they can do. Now I have the Galaxy S3 (since November) and it's doing the same thing. Whenever I call tech support I'm on the phone for an hour and they call my number and then it works. Rebooting and resetting does not work. My husband also has it and all his phones work great. What is going on??

I had AT&T when we first moved here and I had the same problem. I only live on the edge of town. It's a small town but we're not in the middle of nowhere

That was a seriously poor answer from Gekko. I would go into an actual store instead of calling tech support. Samsung released some info about a batch of S3s that were pulling too much power from the network and causing issues for other phones but considering you mentioned you've had replacements it really sounds like an issue with the service. But if your husband is not having issues and is also using US Cellular it may be more of an issue on YOUR line rather than the whole account. I would recommend going to see an in-store technician.
Good luck!
