Multiple SMS + poor reception.

Hi,

I've got a slight issue that has me troubled with this new Nexus 4.

When I get an SMS message it comes through in multiples. Sometimes 2 or 3 at once, and sometimes approximately 5 minutes apart.

Do I have to do something to acknowledge the message?

I'm not sure if it is a phone issue or carrier problem....although if I put my SIM in my iphone 4 I don't get the issue.

With regards to reception, since beginning to use this phone, I'm noticing it drops signal a lot more than the iphone I had, and can't use it in areas of the house that were fine with the iphone.

Is this known about this phone, or have I got a lemon?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
