Music Albums seperated?

On my phone's music player my music for the albums are seperated :
Like one has Triumph or Agony as two albums and a couple are in oone of them and the rest is in the other a whole bunch of my albums are like that. This bothers me how do I fix it?

It was off the same sd card as my old phone and they weren't seperated before. how do i fix this? My phone is ALCATEL ONETOUCH (Virgin Mobile).

Another album was seperated into three:
Twilight Symphony 1song
Twilight Symphony 11songs
Twilight Symphony 5songs

Do each of those separate categories represent a different artist? If the album has different artists on different tracks, use an ID3 tag editor and make sure the whole album has an Album Artist. iTunes gets around this by calling it a Compilation. It then places the album in the artist folder called Compilation. I'm not sure if that gets recognized by Android, though.

I have recently released an ID3 tag editor that makes identifying these inconsistent albums easy. Try downloading "Music Doctor" on google play and select "Clean up -> Albums" once it's opened.
