I am having trouble with choosing music from my own files. I think I clicked "always" instead of "just once" How do I get it back to where I can choose my own music instead of using the default tones?

Welcome to Android Central! Choosing music for what, your ringtones? The music file would have to be in the Ringtones directory (or the Notifications directory for notifications, Alarms directory for alarms). Is that the case?
