Music Player App with Playlist Backup

I have been using Power Amp for years but I can never seem to get the Backup and restore correctly when it come to backing my playlist.
Because of data cap and T-Mobile coverage, I don't stream my music.
Any suggestions would be great.

You can upload your music to Google Play Music and create your playlists there. And when you're on your device, you can set the playlists you want for offline playback (just make sure you're on WiFi while doing it) and done. Not only is your music and playlists backed up, but readily accessible on any device with at least access to a web browser.
