Music player issue - Google purchased tracks

I want to try a different music player (PowerAmp or Rocket Player specifically). However, neither app seems to recognize songs I purchased and downloaded from Google Music. Everything other music track that I transferred when I switched from my Note 4 to the 6P is there. I've only bought a few albums on Google Music so I know which ones I'm looking for specifically.

I've run re-scans on both apps and checked off all the folders and still nothing. Is Google Music putting it in some sort of hidden folder?

If you used the Google Play Music app to download an offline copy, you can only open those files in Play Music as they're encrypted. But if you purchased the tracks you can download them through the Play Store in a web browser (doesn't have to be a desktop one) in MP3 format, which other players can read.

Btw, Rocket Player solved my bluetooth streaming issue in my Camaro. When using Google Music to stream, I'd get interference/distortion every 3-4 minutes. This does not happen when using Rocket Player. There are even settings to fix this issue, but I didn't enable it and it still works fine.
