I opened the samsung music app once. Now the music player shows up on my lock screen. I have no music on my phone, how for I remove it from my lock screen? I have tried every thing in previous posts, including restarting the phone I've even pulled out the battery. This is very annoying. Please help

Download an application called 'Lockscreen Policy from the App Store, within this app you can uncheck Widgets. This will make the music widget disappear. You also have the option to disable the Camera Launch icon too!
